One of the UK’s leading providers of hydraulic attachment hire, sales and service, has announced the acquisition of a substantial new depot in the Manchester region. Coyle Equipment Services Ltd (CES) says the expansion follows a sustained period of growth driven by increasing national demand for its specialist equipment including being UK dealers for OKB and Epiroc attachments.

The newly acquired facility, a refurbished 11,652 sq ft industrial and warehouse unit situated on a secure 0.78-acre site on Haydock Industrial Estate, creates a strategically positioned Northern hub to support construction, civil engineering and demolition contractors across the UK. Located less than 10 minutes from Junction 23 of the M6 and the A580, the depot provides excellent connectivity for rapid distribution between Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington and the wider North West.

Enhancing National Capacity for Hydraulic Attachment Support

The new depot significantly strengthens CES’s national operational capabilities, allowing the company to provide customers with shorter lead times, expand its hire offering and increase service capacity. Even now, before the launch of the site, the workshop holds service customers’ hydraulic attachments being prepared for site!

Key features of the Manchester depot include the modern, high-clearance warehouse with its 7.4m internal height, two ground-level loading doors for streamlined logistics and a large, fully surfaced, self-contained yard. Alongside the mechanical features, the workshop and office environment provide a much-needed expansion of space for the team. These enhanced facilities support faster turnaround for repairs, rebuilds, testing, new product preparation and same-day/next-day delivery across the North. CES continue to be committed to reducing operational energy consumption, so the site has already been kitted out with a solar panel system, just like their newly renovated Greater London (Greenford) depot.
