Fifteen Years in Business This February

Fifteen years ago, a single-man operation began offering servicing support for hydraulic breakers: CES Breaker Services. Months into the operation, the decision was made to make the first hire – Tom. In those early days, the business focussed on servicing, refurbishing and periodically selling breakers from distinguished brands of hydraulic attachments alongside the servicing.

A couple of years in, while servicing a client’s breaker, a customer asked if they could hire a replacement while theirs was in the workshop, so CES Breaker Services did no less than hire out one of the new breakers earmarked for selling. With that, CES Breaker Services turned into Coyle Equipment Services and the hire division was born.

Since then, the hire division of Coyle Equipment Services has grown into one of the largest fleets of hydraulic attachments the UK plant sector has seen over the last 15 years. To this day, Tom has remained an integral part of Coyle’s operations and runs the workshop for the Greenford depot.

February 2026 marks this significant milestone for Coyle Equipment Services, 15 years in business. When we first started, we didn’t have a blueprint or a corporate plan. What we had was exceptional industry experience, an unrivalled work ethic, and a well-respected customer base.

Today, when we look back, we don’t just see jobs completed. We see how we built these relationships with our long-standing customer base. We see the partnerships that have lasted for years. We see customers who put their trust in us and our expertise time and time again.

It goes without saying that no company reaches 15 years on effort alone. It takes people — good people — who care about doing the job right. Our team is the backbone of the company and is responsible for the years of successful growth. The skill, pride and accountability they bring to work every day is what sets us apart. They show up early, stay late when needed, solve problems on the fly, and take ownership of their work. That commitment doesn’t go unnoticed.

We are also incredibly grateful to our customers and industry partners. The support, referrals, and continued confidence in us have allowed this company to grow and thrive. Our customers have given us opportunities, challenged us to improve, and stood alongside us through every phase of growth. That loyalty doesn’t go unnoticed.

Over 15 years, we’ve grown in experience, capability, and scope of what we can offer. We’ve adapted to new demands, improved processes, and continued investing in the tools and knowledge needed to serve our clients well. It’s with thanks to the amazing manufacturers we stock and supply, like Epiroc, that we have such a diverse offering. Being main dealers for these industry leaders has put us at the forefront of the UK contruction industry, allowing us to offer expert advise and attachments for a range of specialist projects year after year. But through all of it, one thing hasn’t changed: our commitment to reliability, integrity, and quality workmanship. Our product range has evolved to meet the ever-growing demands of the construction industry, and we will continue to develop and advance the technologies we offer over the next 15 years.

Speaking of the next 15 years, we’re even more excited about the future than we are about where we’ve come from. Growth brings about new opportunities, a broader customer base, stronger partnerships, and a continuously growing team. Our goal moving forward is simple: keep improving, keep earning trust, and keep delivering work we’re proud to put our name on.
