Hire Desk Administrator
Hours: 07:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon – Fri) + 1 Saturday a month
Salary: Negotiable – very competitive for the right candidate
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist with hire desk enquiries from existing and potential customers
• Assisting with allocation of plant to meet customer requirements
• Administration equipment inspection sheets and relevant certificates
• Timely issue of hire contracts and supporting documentation
• General office administration
• Provide administrative support to the Hire Desk Controller, Workshop Manager and Company Director.
• Arranging transport to and from site.
• Liaising with Transport companies including: Obtaining quotations, booking hire of transport checking of haulage contractor invoices etc.
• Operating the hire fleet control software including: recording the availability of units, recording of transport and consumable costs, etc.
• Preparation of invoices, and assisting with monthly invoice run.
• Updating and maintaining hire fleet
